Anna is an animal lover who volunteers with a few different rescues in Minnesota. In addition to being the Princess of PANTS for CorgiPals, she is an admin for two facebook pages that aim to connect animals in need with rescues. She sporadically blogs at www.theowlandthephoenix.com and is addicted to Pinterest. Anna lives in the Minneapolis area with three cats, Cleo, Phenix and Jaynie Mae.
Phil Johnson - Secretary/Treasurer
AKA Earl of Nubs
Phil has lived with dogs all of his life and has just recently thrown his hat into the rescue ring. He loves animals, including the cats he is allergic to, and participates in various animal and shelter-related activities to represent CorgiPals. The two Corgis he owns are his first two, but he quickly came to love the breed for their heart, personality, and attitude.
Marie Nation, DVM - Veterinary Advisor
AKA Countess of Cardigan
Marie Nation, DVM is the owner of Pet Nation Veterinary Care Center in Albertville, MN. She first discovered Welsh Corgis while watching "The Accidental Tourist". Since then, Dr. Nation has had the pleasure of sharing her life with four Cardigans - Luke, Leia, Rhiannon, and Eowyn. Dr. Nation fulfilled her life’s ambition by receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 2004. She and her husband Gary share their home with Eowyn (a Blue Merle Cardi), Edward (a Pembroke Welsh Corgi), Picard (a Papillion), and three sleepy cats - Lewis, House, and Slo-Mo. Dr. Nation's Corgis were a big influence in some of the important decisions she has made in her life. She hopes that by working with CorgiPals that she can "pay it forward"!
Anitra Francis - Rescue Advisor
AKA Baroness of Baroos
Anitra lives with boyfriend Bryan in a canine household that consists of 5 resident dogs and an always rotating foster dog. She volunteers for Secondhand Hounds, and acts as Foster Coordinator for Herding Breeds and Small Smooth Coat Dogs. She also volunteers at Minneapolis Animal Care and Control. She goes there once a week for two hours to walk the doggies. She trains two of her dogs, Ingrid the Cardigan and Chuck the Corgi/cowdog mix, in obedience and agility.
Kayla Cline - Marketing Advisor

Kayla is a freelance illustrator and graphic novelist who has a natural knack and flare for advertising creatively. She graduated from Memphis College of Art with a BFA in Design Arts, and has used her talents to gain experience in both marketing and advertising.
Kayla has a wealth of experience fostering, placing, and rescuing Corgis herself. She has two Corgis named Mason and Olive, and likes to spend most of her free time drawing Corgis.
